Was talking with Kim Smith, he's teaching a course at BYU on history of "bubbles". The first one was the "tulip bubble" in Holland 500 years ago. We had a whole display of cupcakes at the SH reunion and also at Kaity W. reception. Cupcakes are still going strong, I hope.

i used this example in my training class the other day. hoping that the cupcake bubble would never burst...
I'd have to agree. I don't see any new cupcake ventures being very succesful but I'm sure the existing businesses will continue to have a steady flow.
