The thing to remember about lamps is that you have to be able to reach the on/off switch while lying in bed. If you have to sit up, throw covers off, put feet on floor and stand to turn off the lamp, they lose their charm.
Aside from the one you choose, dosen't it make you so mad at how expensive lamps are? I always get angry when I need to purchase a new one. I don't understand what material they use that can justify the price...have I turned into my mom???
