Mostly I loved this quote because I totally believe in first and second breakfast, in particular. My second breakfast usually includes an ice cold Diet Coke and some sort of dairy product.

My second lunch is a diet coke and some sort of chocolate...
I counted on Saturday, I had three lunches! A turkey sandwich at 11, a salad at 2 and a plate of appetizers at 4. Then 2 pieces of wedding cake. Dinner didn't happen until 9 pm though.
chocolate is also a good choice for second lunch.
