I keep wondering how you choose your quotes.
It's pretty simple -- I choose it if it makes me laugh out loud.
I also like to choose quotes that are succinct. Sometimes I laugh out loud at something, but if it needs a lot of set up, then it doesn't work for me. But that's just a guideline, not a rule.
Also if it references something that I like. For example, this reference to Bruce Springsteen, and in a previous quote they referenced Aaron Sorkin (the guy that created West Wing).
